Tulip from Ryukyu Entertainment. It is autumn season now. Isn’t it autumn quite nice season?

Did you know autumn is very attractive season to visit Okinawa?

The reason is that it is not too hot and feel quite comfortable, best season for sightseeing, indeed.

So,today, I’d like to take you to Zakimi castle ruin, one of best place to visit during autumn♪ It is located at Yomitan village in Okinawa.

This ruin is registered as world heritage and also was chosen as one of “Japanese 100 best castle” this year, isn’t it something?

When you visit this amazing place at the top of the hill, you might feel that you are slipping back in time to ancient Ryukyu Kingdom era.

This castle survived the war and remain in a good condtion, that’s something, too.

Enjoy going for a walk in this autumn beautiful day among these soothing trees, you will feel so refreshed and forget about day to day stress♪

Many local people come here for jogging or walk. Sometimes, you might come across with a man reading a newspaper on the bench. How nice scene it is(^^♪

Unlike other castle ruin, it is free of charge for entrance or parking, isn’t it nice?(^^♪

It is worth to visit during girl’s trip, date, or family trip(^^♪

The atmosphere will be different day time and sunset time, so you can come back different time to enjoy another atmosphere.

From the top of the ruin, you can have a superb outlook of whole Yomitan village , especially it will be amazing if it is fine weather♪

This castle was built by well known worrier, Gosamaru in the beggining of 15 century. It is worth looking.

There is a historical museum, too, but at the moment, it is closed  for renewal for a while. At least enjoy Castle Ruin(^^♪
