It is Chimujiruban, in another word, Rock Spa(ganbanyoku in Japanese). The service is offered by Sports facility called XYSTUS（ジスタス）Naha and Okinawa city.(^^♪
Chimujiruban is originated from Korea. Japanese call rock spa. You can lie down on the natural rock with different temperature.
There are 5 or 6 rooms with different temperatures. Lying down on the rocks helps you restore your body function and detox the toxin in your body.
It can be said far-infrared ray sauna. Lying down in the room helps your body warmed up from inside and rise your metabolism and cleanse your body.
It is said that it is effective for anti-aging, too.
Most of the room are for both male and female. Only 2 rooms are for only female.
It is said that you can only detox truly from glandula sebacea.
For you to open glandula sebacea yourself, you need to go for a jog for 30 km or exercise for 2 hours continuously.
As for Rock spa here, you can just lye down at different room for a couple of hours, you can open your glandula sebacea and detox effectively. Isn’t it amazing??
I sometimes go for detox reason. It is good for stress relief, too. After that, I always feel I got younger(^^♪
